This scholarship is intended to  aid college-bound students who have written the best travel essays.

Eligibility

Entrants must be members of the TravelBIGO.com online community and be between the ages of 13 and 18. They must be in grade 8 through 12 and attending a US high school, junior high school, or home school. They must submit  an essay about a significant travel experience that occurred within the past three years and that happened when the applicant was between the ages of 12 and 18.

Selection Criteria

• Originality, quality of storytelling, and grammar in the essay response.
