1) Provide Accurate Information

In order to properly deliver our services, it is necessary that you provide us with accurate information. You are responsible for updating your information as necessary.

 

2) Payment

Payment must be made in advance of tutoring sessions. You may purchase a Tutoring Services Package, which is a group of lessons purchased in advance, and the Tutoring Services Package will be applied toward the purchase of individual lessons for the Student.

You authorize us to charge the credit card on file for our services. You may also authorize us to set up automatic payments with your written consent.

 

3) Lesson Cancellations

You must give the tutor at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. You will be charged for one-half of any lesson missed or canceled without sufficient notice.

Our tutors must also give you at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. If they do not give you sufficient notice, the next one hour session is free of charge.

 

4) Honor Code

You should understand that Tutors cannot complete or grade homework assignments, quizzes, projects, tests, etc. but can provide feedback and assistance on same.

 

5) Lessons for Minors

For students under the age of 18, parents (or a chaperone over the age of 18) should be present and available for any sessions taking place in a private location.

7) Non-solicitation

You agree that you will not solicit any tutor of this company for tutoring services outside of this company during the term of this agreement and 1 year thereafter.
